Communications and Convenings Coordinator

Texas Health Institute is seeking a Communications and Convenings Coordinator to assist with the execution of the organization’s overall communications strategy, with a focus on supporting and implementing promotional and logistical communications for the Institute’s convenings department. This position will be an integral part of both the communications and convenings teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and forward-thinker who seeks out process efficiencies and improvements. The Communications and Convenings Coordinator should have exceptional writing and organizational skills and a passion for health, public health, and health equity.

Program Manager, Research and Evaluation

Texas Health Institute is seeking a Program Manager Research and Evaluation to support the research and evaluation team. The Program Manager must have experience in working with national, state, and local-level public and private partners to advance public health, paired with strong analytical and research skills. This includes the ability to lead evaluation-focused quantitative and qualitative research; strong communication and relationship building skills; and demonstrated experience in program evaluation. A master’s degree and 5 years of full-time related experience is required. Required work location for this position is in Texas.
This position may also be hired at the Senior Program Manager level, depending on education and experience.
